We very enthusiastically arrived at Vinpearl Park before anything fun was open and had to hang around till 10am for the water park to open. This was also because we had a flight to catch to Hanoi that night. The cable car ride there had amazing views and we tried to take awkward selfies in the small cable car. We then enjoyed a few hours climbing up uncomfortable metal holey staircases and sliding down water slides with no queues (it was awesome). We walked around the water park slipper-less and in bikinis trying to find the shade to avoid burning our feet. After an excessive amount of sliding on water slides, we checked out the beautiful white sandy beach on Vinpearl Island and went to the amusement park to play on rollercoasters, and the spinny thing which made us nauseous and even tried doing front and backflips on a giant trampoline. We also weirdly spent some time in the arcade playing on the dancey machines and the mechanical bull (It wasn't that fun). At the end of the day, I forced Cass to see the mermaid show at the underwater world and it was really amusing to see a mermaid wearing goggles and blowing kisses at us.
